Description
Lemon to a Knife Fight is an exclusive, limited-run coffee collaboration with indie heroes The Wombats. Limited to just 200 bags, the specially selected coffee features bright citrus and lemon tasting notes, chosen to reflect the band’s love of exceptional coffee and inspired by the band's song of the same name. The collaboration was born from a serendipitous tour rider request, bringing together The Wombats’ passion for great coffee with Figment’s expertise in specialty roasting to create an exclusive coffee with a suitably memorable name.
Like all of our coffees this is specialty grade but unlike most of our coffees this undergoes a 72 hour co-fermentation process in the incredible hands of Edinson Argote at his farm in Colombia. Expect notes of lemon zest and bergamot with a tea like floral finish.
