Description
We’re absolutely buzzing to share that Disco Decaf has been awarded 3 Stars at the Great Taste Awards!
Decaf doesn’t mean dialled down, and this one proves it. Our Colombian mix of naturally and washed processed coffees delivers a full-flavoured, sweet and seriously satisfying cup, without the caffeine. Expect juicy cherry and raspberry, rounded out with rich dark chocolate.
The cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and carefully sorted before processing. The natural coffees are sun-dried on raised beds under controlled conditions, while the washed coffees are carefully fermented, washed and dried.
Both then undergo a Sugarcane Ethyl Acetate (EA) decaffeination process, using compounds naturally derived from fermented sugarcane to gently remove the caffeine while preserving all that sweetness and character.
