Our job as a coffee roaster is to interpret that story and express it in the way that reflects the coffee bean at its best. To tell the tale of the farm, the farmers, the terroir and the processing and deliver delicious speciality coffee beans to you.
At Figment we seek out the best coffees of the world, magical beans of extraordinary flavour, quality
and processing. Then, combining the science and art of coffee roasting in our roastery we create sustainable coffees of beauty and distinction.
In our Aberdeen cafes we take that story to completion providing a place to take refuge and taste wonderful speciality coffee, sample great food and enjoy good company.

Our carefully selected, specialty coffee beans are hand roasted in our Aberdeen roastery each week by our expert roasting team. We put real effort into ensuring those beans are sustainably and ethically sourced with more and more of our coffees coming directly from farmers and sourcing
partners we have a growing relationship with.
This allows us to supply your home or business with fresh, incredible tasting speciality coffee as frequently as you like. Speciality coffee subscriptions, with total flexibility, can be bought in our
online shop alongside bags of coffee, coffee equipment and coffee gifts.

At our Aberdeen cafés, we are just as passionate about our locally sourced, seasonal food menu as we are about our coffee. With fresh bakes form our in house baking team to classics like our smashed avo with scrambled eggs on sour dough and “The Sriracha” our take on the greatest ever breakfast in a bun.
Our expert baristas craft, grind and brew for you daily in our coffee shop offerings, whether it’s a punchy single origin espresso, a beautiful flat white or a delicious pour-over, from one of our ever changing selection of single origin coffees, the flavour is always exceptional.
We take equal care in our approach with the selection of our wines from around the world, as we do our coffee. We consider the origin, terroir and varietal to select delicious wines which are sourced
from small vineyards with many organic, biodynamic and vegan wine options.
